I loved launching balloons into the air when I was a kid ....

So fun to watch it float away ... (I know now not so environmentally friendly)

This card reminds me of that ... I randomly die cut the balloon die on the cardstock.

I then popped that layer up with pop dots on the polka dotted piece.

Added strings and a sentiment and viola!!!

I just LOVE these balloons!!!

Here's another card where I stamped the balloons in multiple colors, 

layered them, and then drew lines with rulers on them.
