I had a lot of fun with this card ...

I wanted to use non-traditional colors.

I colored the "buddy" with color splash pencils

and then stamped the flakes with Lemon Drop ink.

I really love how it turned out!

Ok .... so I absolutely love the look of this card and 

you will probably see it a couple of different ways in the next few months!!!

This uses the Artful Burst die.

I did the card in white on white ... but imagine the possibilities!!!

I have always wanted BACKGROUND DIES!!!

And now I have LOTS to choose from ... thanks FSJ!!!

I have been wanting to try to stamp on a candle for a while.

I did one a LONG time ago and forgot how ...

Luckily for Google and YouTube I found some tutorials.

You stamp on a thin piece of tissue paper.

I stamped this in regular black licorice ink.

I colored this with colored pencils.

Adhere that lightly to the candle and wrap in wax paper.

You then use a heat gun (get it hot first) ... and heat the candle.

The wax paper will seal the image to the candle.

This was one that my friend Annette made ... 

I love how she overlapped the words on the image!

Test it out ... they make great gifts!!!

I loved using all of these camera stamps to make a background.

I stamped this in Clear Ink and then added Silver PanPastels.

The images just seem to JUMP off of the page ... LOVE!!!

Also ... do you see the PIERCING details on this OVAL???
