Chicago Opportunity Event and Boost!!!

Yesterday we were honored and excited to have
Linda Carnell the CEO and founder of A Muse Studios
in Chicago for a Fun Event.

The day was split up into 2 events ... one for consultants and consultant training and one for customers and fans of A Muse Studio to test out and try new stamps and product.

Here are just a few snippets of our day:

Here is Linda Carnell giving us some Consultant Training.

This card uses Silver Metallic from Peerless as an overwash and Blush Splash to color in C'est La Vie.  I absolutely LOVE the look of this card.

The silver wash makes the image look an old fashion photo.

This card uses Watercolors from Peerless and then we cut out the packages from XXX.  We used Bristol water color paper for this card and splashed it with gold dust and blush splash.

What a fun way to color!

This card utilized inking up an acrylic block with tombow markers, Splash, and metallic watercolors.
We then stamped the sentiment over the top.

Great way to make a colorful and stunning background and turn into an easy and simple card.

Here is Linda explaining the Bow Maker as we kicked off the Customer Event.

This card featured coloring with Copic markers as we colored Hey Foxy.
We cut him out with our dies and splayed the background a bit.
... this card got me singing "What Does the Fox Say??" for the rest of the afternoon ...

This card was BRILLIANT adding C'Est La Vie to the Halloween patterned paper.
This image seemed to be MADE for this card!!!

This card was fun and simple and added our polka dot crepe to the project.
Fun fast and classic!!!

This card was inspired by Kate Spade and Gold stripes.
We made our gold stripes with gold metallic watercolors and a water brush.
We added the die cut "happy" and actually glittered it and then added "birthday"
Very chic!

This card featured the mini blooms set and dies and we demonstrated how to die cut these.

We also did a faux chalkboard look with the card ... hard to see in this picture
but we white embossed and then off set the words again using White Stazon.
I have never done this but LOVE it and can't wait to try it out more.

We also used the Bow Maker on this card - which I love to make these little bows.

We really had a great group of ladies at the event.
Fun was had by all!!!

These events are so much fun to get together with my group .... all these lovely ladies above are part of my downline.  L to R - Linda (CEO), Bea, Silvia, me, Linda, Beth

This is Bonnie .... I have not seen Bonnie in over 5 years ...
What makes Bonnie so special to me is she is the one to FIRST put a rubber stamp in my hand!
And oh how I was excited that this event was in her backyard and she could attend!

This lovely lady is Shelly ... she drove in from Iowa for the event ...
she is a hoot and I loved getting to meet her in person.

It was such a GREAT day!!!

ENJOY!!!!
