Cool Yule!
This picture does not do this card justice .... The sparkle of these snowflakes is FAB!!!
I read on some blog about this technique ... not sure what it's called ... for my purpose I will name it Embossed Vellum!
Here's how I made them:
1. You die cut the snowflakes out of vellum (I used the awesome A*Muse Snowflake dies)
2. You cover them with VersaMark Ink
3. You then sprinkle them with A*Muse Diamond Embossing Powder
4. You heat them with an Embossing Gun.
The result is a glittery thin and translucent snowflake ... it is WONDERFUL!!!
I used a strip of the silver shimmer cardstock on this as well.
The sentiment was also stamped with Versamark and then embossed with Silver powder.
