OK so it looks like I haven't been crafting .... which I haven't really (spending time with the family and enjoying the Holiday and the gifts we got for Christmas).
But today I spent 6 hours cleaning and organizing my craft room .... AHHHH .... feels sooo good!
I really needed to get stuff put away and cleaned out ... I feel soo much better and I am ready to start crafting again!!!
Be back soon!
Easy Peasy!
I needed one more Christmas card that was easy to whip up to complete out my Christmas card list!
For this one I took paper from the Dollar Store (it was Making Memories and I was a great deal!!!) and made this. I punched a circle and then punched a Reindeer head. I added a gem to his nose and colored it red with my copics and then added a quick and easy sentiment from the Thinking of You set.
Viola .. quick and easy!
ENJOY!
Who Doesn't like chocolate ... especially CUTE chocolate.
I took Hershey nuggets and stamped address labels with a snowflake from the TAC retired set Bunches of Flakes and wrapped them around. The bags are from Michaels/Hobby Lobby ... they are pretzel bags and can be found in the candy making/cake decorating aisle. They fit nuggets perfectly!!!
The topper is a 2 1/2" x 5" piece of cardstock folded in half. I used the snowman from another TAC retired set (this is my favorite snowman!! ... it's so simple and easy to color) called Spirit of Christmas. I colored him with copics and paper-pieced him onto the blue cardstock. I tore white cardstock for snow. I used Thinking of You for the Sentiment and then Winter Tags on the back for the To:/From:
I had to make 80 of these guys for all of the co-workers that help me every day get the job done! They were quite easy to do once I got the design down and did them in an assembly line fashion! Thanks Kim for convincing me to keep it simple!! You are a life-saver!
ENJOY!
Another One???!!!!
I know you have seen a few of these cards ... just like this ... but this shows how versatile and easy making one card for multiple occasions can be!!
For this one I took the Bitty Dots GWP and stamped it with Versamark and embossed with Silver embossing powder. I then sponged the edges of the squares (after punching) with silver ink. I used the Fabulous Frames with the Labels One Nestability again and then used the sentiment from Thinking of You.
I just totally LOVE this look and the silver embossed is very elegant and classy. In fact this was my card to my niece who got married this weekend ... Congrats Sarah and Cory!
ENJOY!
Thank You!
For this card I modified a card that I made ot my Holiday open house (HERE) and turned it into a Thank You card.
I took the Bitty Dots GWP and stamped them with Reflection Blue and Chartreuse Palette inks. I then punched them with my square punch. The edges of the squares were then sponged with those same colors.
I stamped the Thank You Oval PWP on white cardstock and die cut it out with the Labels 5 Nestability. I then sponged the edges of that piece as well.
I pop-dotted the label in the middle to add dimension and viola ... quick, cute, and fast cards in a pinch ... using stamps that you can get for FREE!!! What could be bettter???!!!!
ENJOY! and please visit the following blogs for more ideas with what you can do with those GWPs and PWPs.

Since I am the card maker in the office I am always being asked to make cards ... which don't get me wrong ... I do not mind!!!
I modified one of the ones from my open house and added a few more touches to it and Viola ... cards for the admins!
I used the snowman from Jingle Jolly and the sentiment from Cuddly Christmas. I colored him with my copics and pop-dotted him. I added the large Sizzix snowflake and the Sizzix embossed background. I added ribbon and a button.
ENJOY!
Chilly!
To start this project I brayered Reflection Blue Palette ink and Beaux Arts Blue Paette ink onto my glossy cardstock.
After I got it to the color and blend that I wanted, I stamped some snow flakes from Vintage Santa stamp set and embossed them in with white embossing powder.
I then stamped the duck from Cuddly Christmas on another piece of cardstock and colored him with my copics. I matted him on black and added the ribbon. I then stamped the sentiment also from the Cuddly Christmas set and matted it on black too with fun foam to pop-it up. I adhered everything to a black mat.
ENJOY! Pull out your brayer and join us!!!
Cuddly Scene Ornament
My BFF (Kim) and I were involved in an ornament swap over on the Stamp Shack. This is the ornament that I made for her.
The picture (although good) does not really do this project justice.
I took a cookie cutter (yes a real cookie cutter - it's about 4" x 3" - got it at Hobby Lobby for 99 cents) ... and made a scene IN the cookie cutter. I think it's a cookie cutter of a cloud ... (or a flower?)
I used Kim and my favorite TAC set right now ... Cuddly Christmas.
I stamped the guys on white cardstock, colored them with my copics, and cut them out ....then the fun began!
I traced around the inside of the cookie cutter and then added 1/4" of extra that then was tucked into the cookie cutter to hold the backing on. I sponged this piece with Reflection Blue Palette ink for a sky effect.
I then traced some random snow hills in the cookie cutter and adhered those with layers of fun foam to give the ornament depth ... there is a total of 4 layers in this project. I added Crystal Stickles all over the snow hills (it's not really pink just photographed that way). I layered the cuddly creatures within these layers.
Then I stamped the sentiment and made it fit in another section of the cookie cutter.
I punched some snowflakes with my Martha Stewart and added stickles to the middle of these and then used glue dots to adhere those to the top of the cookie cutter.
I added a string to the be able to hang it on the tree ... and viola!
Here it is closer up!
Here is a side view of the ornament showing all of the layers.
ENJOY!
hmmmm ..... I love this project so much that maybe Kim isn't going to be getting it ... LOL!!!!
Tree in the Window
I have been wanting to use this window stamp set for a long time but wanted to creat my own scene with other stamps ... then it hit me!
I used the window from Window Box Wonder and made a square hole in the card. I only glued down the frame and left the shutters so that they could pop off the page. I added a snowhill that I cut and added Martha Stewart snow glitter to.
Inside
The inside of the card has a tree from Fibi & Lili Christmas and the sentiment is also from that set. I colored it with my copics.
ENJOY!
From now through December 31st TAC is offering TRIPLE rewards on all Hostess sets and GWPS!!! 3x the fun!!! Happy Holidays to all of our customers!!! Email or call me if you need to place an order and get on this specTACular deal!!!
At this time of the year we are all thankful for someone! TAC has a great sentiment set on special this month to show the ones you are thankful for how much you mean it.

The thing that I love about my open houses is that they are self-paced. People move throughout my 1st floor making the projects at the different stations. I have directions made up at each station and they are put in a frame.
Some stations you sit ... some stations you stand.
I walk around helping people, answer any questions, and help people with their orders.
Should be a VERY fun event!
ENJOY!
Happy Holidays
Here is another card from my Holiday Open House (which is tomorrow!)
For this card I stamped the GWP Dots from the Fall Supplement 4 times in green and 4 times in red and punched them out with a square punch. I sponged the edges of each one. Do you know that right now you can get this GWP or our PWPs (2 of them) FREE with and $30 order!!!
I arranged them on a 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" black square.
Then I stamped the Fabulous Frame and sentiment from Thinking of You. I then cut out with Labels 1 nestability and then inked the edges. I mounted that on a larger nestability and then pop-dotted it up off the background. I mounted the whole thing on a 5" x 5" white base and added the black gems.
ENJOY!
and remember all of you followers and lurkers ... if you wnat to win the direstions to all 7 of my projects and samples of them you must leave a comment and your name will go into the drawing ... the more posts you comment on the better your chances!
Black Friday ...
So you have bought the presents ... now you need to wrap them UP!!!
How about a cute tag to add to that gift??
For this tag I used Jingle Jolly and colored it with my copic markers. I used Winter Tags for the To/From. I added a satin red ribbon and tied it with brown scrapper's floss.
I sponged all of the edges with Palette Cognac.
ENJOY!
This tag is one of my projects at my Open House on Sunday ... if you are local to Rockford, IL come on over and play ... if not leave a comment on this post and you could win a set of all of my projects with instruction sheets! Come on all of you Lurkers!!! Leave a Comment!
Chris-Mice that is
I love all of the mice in the new Havin' A Ball set. I stamped this little guy and colored him with copics. I added the sentiment also from that set which I pop-dotted. I added a ribbon and button and viola!!!
Enjoy!
Once agian make sure you comment so that you can be entered to win on Sunday .... trust me you will love the prizes!!! Come on all of you lurkers!!!!
you know whoo
This card is made from the SOTM "Oh Happy Day" - which makes me chuckle every time I think of it! I colored him with copics. I added the sentiment and viola ... simple, easy, and cute! I recently had to make 16 of these for my stamp clubs orders.
It must be my customer service skills, but I love to give all of my customers a handmade thank you card with their order .. and this was the recent batch that I made.
Paper Wings is a great community site devoted to The Angel Company.
Today they are sponsoring a blog hop called Tag You're It and the idea is to use a tag or make a tag and have it be the focal part of your creation.
Peace, Love, Joy
For my card I wanted to use 2 "tag" sets by The Angel Company ... so I choose to use Winter Tags and Tag Tidbits.
I colored the reindeers with my copics and added an eyelet and metallic string to each one. I pop-dotted them on the card and added "peace, love, joy".
I then randomly stamped "peace, love, joy" on the white strip and added more of the metallic string.
Did you notice the background paper? It is called Robyn and it's a new download available now at The Angel Company ... and the best part ... it's FREE
Warm Winter Wishes
Snowman
I love this snowman in TAC's set called Jingle Jolly! I colored him with my copics and then came up with this great layout to accompany him!
I ran the white cardstock through my Sizzix and the Swiss Dot Cuttlebug folder. The large snowflake is a Sizzix die. I cut the snowflake out of white card stock and then a sponged it with Reflection Blue Palette ink.
I added the sentiment from Cuddly Christmas and the button.
Was a simple, easy, and cute card to create!
I am entering him today on the One Stop Craft Challenge blog where they challenged people to post snowpeople cards. Anyone that knows me knows that I am a sucker for a cute snowman and a cute snowman card --- so this was right up my alley!
ENJOY!
Clear on Clear Embossing
A few months back I participated in a technique swap with 68 or so other angels. We each had to choose a technique and then made 68 card fronts using that technique. We got full instructions how each technique was done and I have organized mine all in a binder. It was truly a wonderful swap and I can't wait to try out all of the techniques!!!
For my Technique I chose Clear on Clear Embossing ... I used kraft card stock and used Blossoms and Blessings for the stamped images. I used Versamark ink with clear embossing powder. I left an area free for the sentiment and I punched holes and threaded scrappers floss through. I used the ScorPal to make lines and then matted everything on black cardstock.
Report!
Today is my Dad's birthday ... Happy Birthday Dad! It's been a rough roller coaster of a year for him health wise and he always likes a card that makes him laugh.
The problem for me is that I like to make cards, but I am not very good at masculine cards and also not very good at funny cards ... so marrying the 2 ... UGH!
So I used Laugh Lines in this card ... front and inside. I also used my Fabulous Frames set. I made the "report" and pop-dotted it in the frame.
Here was the inside of the card.
Sure hope he likes it and gets a laugh!
ENJOY!
You're Angelic!
Angel Kitty
I loved this new angel from the moment that I saw her in the new Fall Supplement. It's from the set Fibi & Lili Christmas as well as the sentiment. It is a Mabelle R.O. original. I love her!
I colored the image with my copics. I put the cat in this nestability and then mounted it on another nestie! I added ribbon and pop-dotted the sentiment.
I am totally getting ready for the Holiday!
ENJOY!
Havin' A Ball
With Gumballs
Last weekend for my stamp club we made these gumball holders. This set and this sentiment is just PERFECT for gumballs! The set is called Havin' A Ball.
We colored him with copics and mounted him on a scalloped circle ..... both of which we punched. The bags are from Clear Bags ... they are 1 x 8 and hold 13 gumballs. They also could hold M&Ms, gum drops, Reese's pieces, almond joy pieces ... or just about anything else small that you can think of!
My stamp club just loved them ... thought of all kinds of fun things to do with them and we placed an order of 1,600 of them for everyone!
Hope you have fun making cute little treat holders this holiday season!
ENJOY!
Happiness!!!
Sunshine!
We all need a little sunshine in our lives!
I have been so excited to ink this new sunflower up from the Sunshine set from TAC. I did that with Rich Cocoa Memento ink and colored it with copics.
Did you see the patterned paper that I used? It uses new DOWNLOADABLE paper that TAC now has on their website called Robyn. Get it HERE! and the best part .... it's FREE to download!
Santa and his 9 Reindeer
Here is the card closed. I used the Jingle Jolly set. I stamped 9 of the reindeers and colored them with my copics. I put a gem on the front one and colored it red for Rudolph. I stamped Santa and colored him too.
I free-form cut the snow hills and then randomly placed the reindeers on the card.
I added the sentiment from Thinking of You.
Here is the card opened up.
Here is the card from the side.
Look below for thumbnails of other Christmas Holiday projects that will hopefully inspire you!
ENJOY!
Thanks for Stopping by!

Come Play With Us!
I will post may creation tomorrow ... you will not want to miss it!
Welcome
I made this ATC for a birdhouse swap that I am in. It uses the birdhouse from Springtime Garden. I colored it with copics and then sponged the sky blue and bottom brown. The sentiment is from the You Whoo set.
Frogs
I absolutely love this leaping frog from the Joy Found set. The cattails are also from the Joy Found set. The sentiment is from the Oh Happy Day set (SOTM this month). The background is sponged and the frog is paper-pieced to give it some dimenesion.
Cocoa
This is a clean and simple ATC for Cocoa. I used the mug from the Skinny Birds set and colored it with my copics. (the sentiment is not from TAC ... sorry! .... it was perfect though!)
ENJOY!
Unfortunately my fun ends today ... and I have to drive Home!
I am vacationing this weekend with my Stamp Shack friends at The Potawatomi Inn in Angola, IN. They always have a campfire and we normally have s'mores. This year it was raining and we were bound and determined to still have s'mores ... I suggested using the heat gun that we brought to emboss.
Here is the video of Angie and Sherri roasting the marshmallows via the heat gun! ... the crafty way!
ENJOY!
Hello Fall
So I took my favorite girl from Wonder and Joy and added the pumpkin and leaves from For All Seasons. I colored the scene with my copic markers. I sponged the sky with blue ink. I added more leaves to the sentiment band. The sentiment is from a retired SOTM set and the sentiment band is popped up on fun foam.
Enjoy ... and Happy Fall!

Welcome to this month's Blog Hop sponsored by Paper Wings!
Paper Wings is a great community site devoted to The Angel Company.
Today we are making any card other than the normal A2 size
... and for my project I chose a step card.
Here is mine that is flat and scanned on my scanner .... looks cute ... but wait until you see what it looks like opened up!!!!
It's a wonderful winter scene with all of the characters from Cuddly Christmas. I even added the new GWP penguin to the fun. I cut snow hills of white .... and added snowflake punches dressed up with stickles. I colored all of the characters with my copics. The sentiment is also from the Cuddly Christmas stamp set. I just love this little scene!
Here is the card from the side!
Here is some close up of the scene showing the characters being placed in front and back of the hills and the snowflakes also being placed back and front.
ENJOY!
