I used Blossoms and Blessings (masked to add the leaves) and colored it with my copics. I used Distress Ink (Vintage photo) to add the brown and then added swirlies from Pretty Posies. I used Great Greetings for my sentiment. I distressed the edges with my Distrezz-It-All and then matted it on cream cardstock.
I was inspired by the distressed edges, the bright blue flower, and the brown ink with little patterns/swirls within it. Joy has a wonderful blog too ... Check it out!
ENJOY!

Purr-fect!
I love using just black and white on cards for a change. I made this card for the Tune-in Tuesday event over on TAC Savvy. I just re-read it and it said black and white with a "splash" of color .... ooops ... didn't see the splash of color until just now ... so mine is black & white.
I used Furry Friends for my main image and sentiment. I used the dots from Summer Fibi and Lilly. I used nesties, a flower, ribbon, and black bling. I pop-dotted the image and sentiment.
ENJOY!

Flowers - Just Because!
For my card I used the Pretty Posies set. I randomly stamped one of the image over and over again to make background paper. I colored the images with my copics then and then made the main image. I used Thinking of You with Fabulous Frames and then masked and added more Pretty Posies.
I cut out the main image using my Nestability and then sponged the edges. I added a ribbon and a bow and matted everything on black cardstock.
ENJOY!

Signs of Spring
Washington DC in the Spring
I am LOVING this spring weather! Ahhhh!
What are signs of spring for you ... tulips, daffodils popping up? weather?
Well one of my fondest memories as a kid was trips to Washington DC ... either with my family on Spring Break or our 8th grade class trip.
This image to me with the cherry blossoms bring me back to those days.
This set is by DDH and is called Americana!
I colored it with my copics and added TAC's Date Disks. I popped the main image on fun foam. So that I could enter it in to the DDH challenge I added some sewing with my Sew Easy!
ENJOY!
Sweet Mabelle
This image is from Whimsy & Stars Studio and is created by my friend Mabelle who also deigns for TAC. This cutie is called Molly's Cupcake. This sentiment is from TAC's Thinking of You.
I actually won this image during Mabelle's last new release. I am very excited because a little birdie told me that there is another release coming up soon ... I can not wait to see the new images!
I colored her with my copics. I added sprinkles to the cupcake with my pink copic Spica pen (very glittery). I added the bling that I also colored with my copics.
Here are the copics that I used on this card:
I popped the main image and the sentiment. I added ribbon and viola!
I am entering this as part of the iCopic DT call. - wish me luck :)
ENJOY!
Basket for my Peeps!!!
What says Easter more than TAC's Easter Bunny set and Peeps???!!!!
I love this set ..... oh and I love my Peeps!!!
I made this basket using a 9x9 sheet of cardstock and scoring it at 3" and 6" in both the horizontal and vertical directions. I then cut in the sides and folded them up. I cut another strip for a handle and used an eyelet on each side to secure the entire thing.
I stamped the egg from the stamp set on pink, yellow, blue, and purple cardstock and cut out the eggs. I added those to the top edge and on the main panel. I used a scalloped circle for decoration with the main bunny that was colored with copics. The sentiment is from Hoppity Skippity.
ENJOY!
Thanks for visiting ... my Peeps!!!
Please let me know .... do you like fresh Peeps? or stale Peeps? Bunny Peeps? or Chick Peeps?

I loved coloring this. I stamped the kraft cardstock twice with Background Soup (dots) and added brown bakers twine.

Spring?
I sure hope spring is here...
I have been noticing a lot of white embossing on cards and I think it's sooo pretty. So I pulled out my Cuttlebug folders to se what I had.
I used swirls and raindots on this card with a very light blue mat. (I to use some color LOL).
I then took the girl from Oh No She Didn't and colored her with some vibrant copics. I added a sentiment from a level B set Thanking You.
There are all kinds of layers in this card popped-up.
ENJOY!
What are you "inspired by??" ... go ahead ... step out of the box and try something new ... it just may be fun and suprise you!
My BFF and I have bought some cool new art supplies to paly with ... we were supposed to do this yesterday but I got sick and didn't make it out of bed. Hoping for next weekend!
