It's a Girl!
I needed to make a baby card and I still love this now retired set from TAC called Special Delivery. The stork image and the sentiment are both from that set. I added a few buttons and some matting and viola ... a cute baby girl card.
Enjoy!
Givin' a Hoot!
I love this new owl from the Spiders are Seen set. It is available now and will also be in the TAC fall supplement. I paired it with a sentiment from What a Hoot and added googlie eyes. I did a lot of sponging and distressing with brown ink to finish off the card.
Enjoy!
So Thankful
I went over to my new stamping friend Alison's house this week as she was teaching some stamping techniques. I learned a few new ones that I am excited to try out with TAC stamps.
We made this card at her house (she had placed an order with me in July and got this PWP FREE with her purchase).
We stamped the Diamond PWP with Black Stazon on a glossier white paper in the pattern. I added the sentiment from Thinking of You. Added a black ribbon and viola!
Easy, Simple, Elegant! What more could you want?
Boo to You!
Here is another CUTE CUTE bat from the Batty Good set. I colored him as Superman with my copics and then colored some white Primas to match. Added the sentiment from this month's Stamp of the Month and Fabulous Frames and nestability added black stickles to the flowers, gems, and back ribbon.
Adorable!! ENJOY!!
Witchy!
Even though I am very afraid of spiders and hate spider webs (walking into invisible ones).... I love spiders and spider webs for Halloween. This new TAC set called Spiders are Seen is wonderful! I colored her legs with copics and added some sparkle to the web with my Stardust Glitter pen. I punched the web border out with my Martha Stewart punch. I pop-dotted the image and then also added some gems.
ENJOY!
ENJOY!
Did you see my cool new blog header??? I am so lucky to have a very technical savvy BFF! Kim helped me take my favorite card from the other day and turn it into my new blog banner!
Thanks so much Kim ... you are the bestest!!!
I really LOVE Halloween!
And there are some great new stamps from TAC to celebrate Halloween. This one is called Batty Good. This is a preview of a set that will be available soon in the Fall Magalogue - but it is available NOW. I colored it with my copics and then paired it up with a sentiment from Sophisticated Sentiments. Sponged the edges in black and added some black gems!
Aren't these bats just adorable!!!
ENJOY!
Ok I know I said it ... I am not trying to brag ... but this card is GORGEOUS! I was inspired by Laurie Unger with this card.
Thanks
I am always looking for nice and classy ways to make quick and simple Thank You cards for my customers.
I stamped the dots from Background Soup and then I used Fundamental Frames with a nestability to cut it out and pop dot it. Then I also pop-dotted the sentiment which is from the Thinking of You set. I also sponged everything with green ink.
Sweet and Simple!
ENJOY!
I love this spider from Spookalicious! And the Martha Stewart web punch is wonderful with this. The sentiment is from Trick or Treaters.
These are awesome bats in the Spooktacular stamp set. I love this Halloween font in the Hedgehog Halloween.
Thanks for letting me share ... and congrats to my friends also in this edition : Kim H., Vicky T., and Cindy H. I think this was all of their FIRST times being published!!!
ENJOY!
Wishes
Here is a birthday card and a shout out to my Angel friend Shirley.
Shirley and I have been swaping for years and she is very special to me. She is so encouraging to me and I love that she is a regular visitor and commenter on my blog.
For her card I used the new set Cheers toYou and colored him with copics. I added copic grass to the card and added my favorite and Shirley's new favorite ... gems colored with copics!
She knows my card crafting style and I think one fits that bill!
Happy Birthday Shirley! Enjoy!
This card is for my blog stalker AMANDA!!!
I work with Amanda and every now and then she will say ... I saw this on your blog. Since she doesn't actually leave me comments I never know that she was here ... thus she is my stalker!
Today is her birthday! .... and she LOVES this new stamp in the set called Oh No She Didn't. She is currently pregnant with her first baby girl (she has 2 boys) and she is thinking of using this stamp somehow in her nursery .... so of course I HAD to use it on a card for her!
I colored it with copics and added ribbon and gems while pop-dotting the sentiment.
Happy Birthday Amanda!
Dragons
I love this guy from the Stamp of the Month called Delightfully Spooky ... he is so sweet.
I used some cool green dinosaur mosaic patterned paper with this card. I colored him with copics. I pop-dotted the sentiment and added another strip of the cardstock.
Viola .. sweet, simple, fun!
Enjoy!
Happy Haunting
When I first saw this set, I fell in LOVE!
This kids are so cute ... and dressed up for Halloween .... FABULOUS!
This is the Delightfully Spooky set that is the stamp of the month this month for a special price of $10.95 (normally $15.95). I colored her with copics and then matted her on black. I stamped the sentiment from the same set and pop-dotted it to add dimension. I added a row of fun dots from the Background Soup. I added a flower, a button, and scrapper's floss tied in a bow. Viola!
ENJOY!
