More Sympathy
I made this card with the TAC set called Watercolor plants. I used green and blue on the stamp and stamped once and then again for a lighter version. I used an octagon Nestability and a scalloped octagon Nestability for this card and added some brads to the corners. the sentiment is from Inky Antics. The dragonfly is again on this card and is from Garden Joy and is colored with a Stardust Glitter Pen.
I mounted the image on patterned paper and then pop-dotted the title on the ribbon.
These are some of my favorite flowers by TAC. It is a set called Spring Flowers (it is retiring - get it now for 25% off). I colored the flowers with copics. I die cut the flowers out with an oval Nestability and matted it on a brown oval. I used Fabulous Frames and a retired sentiment and diecut the title block out. I added ribbon with the patterned paper. I pop-dotted the title panel and added colored leaves to the ribbon.
Again sympathy cards are not my forte ... but I think I did quite well on these.
Rest in peace my dear friend and mentor Tracy ... you will be missed today and forever!
So today is Tracy's funeral at 11:00 am .... I sure hope that I can make it through the service ... I know it will be great but just really sad ... he was only 45 and way too young to go .... I was asked to write a few things about Tracy for the pastor to read today. I tried to touch on some of the humorous and wonderful things about him ... it's still just going to be hard!!!!
Here are a few more cards that I made for all of my co-workers to sign:

More gorgeous cards. Sending cyberhugs.
Sorry about your loss!
Your card is peaceful.
Your cards yesterday and today are works from your heart, and it shows. They are beautiful. I am so sorry for your loss. Not many of us can tell the world how wonderful our boss is. You have been blessed, indeed, to have worked for someone like him. Hope you got through today okay. Put your right hand on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right shoulder and squeeze - that's a hug from me. Blessings to you, dear friend.
I am so sorry, Chelsea! I am sure the things you wrote for the pastor will be a comfort to all that hear it.
