Have You Downloaded the FREE paper at TAC yet?

Well what are you waiting for???

There are a total of 5 designs. The PDF that you download allows you to print them on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. But wait .. it gets better ... you can print them out on white ... or on any other colored paper or cardstock for even more variety! Click HERE for more info on this wonderful download.

Rustic Swirly Gigs

So right away I noticed that this page used my favorite of the swirls that TAC has, Swirly Gigs. I printed this pattern out on pink cardstock. I used this Swirly Gigs as well on my circle as an accent and colored in the open ares with my black tombow marker to match the pattern. I used Ordinary Greetings for my sentiment. Both of these were stamped with Palette Noir and then I also sponged all of the edges both of the circle and the outer edge of the pink cardstock to continue with the "grunge" look and feel. The circle was tied with black scrappers floss and was then mounted on a scallop circle of black. The pink cardstock was also matted on black. I think it looks just stunning ... who would have thought that this could be done be printing out cardstock in your printer ... Brilliant!

Just Because Floral

I printed this pattern out on natural kraft cardstock. I love the look of this on that cardstock. I then stamped the new hostess set Flower Labels on another piece of kraft with the label outline, sentiment and single flower using Palette Noir ink. I thought these seem to go together nicely! And since we are talking flowers why not add some from the blossoms and button collections. Here I mixed and matched a bunch of different kinds and colors from 3 separate sets: Elizabeth, Sophia, and Hillary. For the thread in the button, I cut a sliver of the kraft and threaded it through the button. An excellent tip for when you just can't find the perfect shade of thread ;) I mounted the pattern paper onto a green cardstock that matched the flower and then onto black cardstock.

Well I hope this inspires you to download these files ... and most importantly fire up your printer and start playing!

Enjoy!

Soooo love your idea of printing these on papers other than white or ivory! I know that should be common sense but it honestly hadn't occurred to me! I love your kraft & green card!! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Hi Chels. I couldn't get the link to the downloads to open. I love your samples.

OMG, Chels, I love both of these cards. The pink and black and craft and greens are both so pretty.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I hope that you had a nice Easter.
