I made this ATC for my friend shuggy's swap. The "JOY" circle is from the Christmas Circles set. I punched it out with my clever lever punch and then cut the center out. The moose was stamped and colored with colored pencils and OMS. I then cut it out and pop-dotted the antlers. In real life it does look like he is popping through the circle.
