I love how this "chalkboard style" stamp looks stamped on black with white embossing!

I added a straw candle with a bow and flame is made of a poinsettia leaf with champagne glitter.

Hope everyone had a great and safe one!

I am going to spend a good portion of today crafting and cleaning in my craft room!

What a great way to kick off the New Year!

I wanted to show you what I "stirred" up yesterday ....

A*Muse Studios is hosting a challenge on creative ways to use our straws ... so I had to jump in!

I cut the straws into thirds and then threaded twine trough them.  Added a little bit of crystal clear glaze to adhere them and then needed a flame.  I looked in my dies and WOW ... the poinsettia leaf looked JUST like a flame!  Added a banner and sentiment with pistachio and kraft cardstock.

Do you know how tough and durable our paper straws are??  They are wonderful for all of your craft projects and they are food safe.  Pick some up today .....
