Cute Treat Bag

I'm doing a fun shop today and one of the projects is going to be this cute treat bag.

It looks complicated but it is sooo easy! The paper is cut 4" x 12". It is then scored at 4", 6", and 10" with your scorpal.

All of the corners were folded and rounded with the corner chomper.

On the first panel you cut out a 3 " circle.

Then you back it with a transparency.

Punch a few orange circles out and adhere.

Stamp the spider from Spookalicious on a white punched circle. Stamp it again and popdot his body on the circle. Add it to the treat bag and trim.

Embellish the spider by coloring it with you Stardust Glitter pen.

Stamp words from Spooktacular in white ink and go over the words with the Stardust Glitter pen.

Fold the top of the bag over and punch halfway with a 3/4" circle punch.

Place tootsie rolls in treat bag and feed into top hole. Tie with coordinating ribbon.

Enjoy!!!!

Batty ATC!

Of all of the ATCs that I have done lately ... this is my favorite! I used the bat image from Spooktacular. I colored it with Copics and hen cut it out. I pasted it on black cardstock and then stamped the sentiment with white ink. I then matted that on yellow-orange cardstock and then ... the fun began!

I stamped more "bat-heads" and colored them as well. I them pop-dotted them to make them "pop" off the page. Then I took my clear glitter pen and went over the sentiment to make it shine and pop. I made a circle around the outside of the moon with the glitter pen to make it shine. I also colored in the dimples of the moon with the glitter pen too!

I love the glitter pen and I absolutely love this little ATC!!!

Flakey ATC!

Fall from Heaven

Although I am not looking forward to winter and snow ... I love snowmen! This is one of my favorite TAC snowmen (it's now retired). The snow flake in the background is from one of the new PWP (Purchase with Purchase) stamps called Swirly Seasons. I added the sequin snowflake and the sentiment. I sponged blue ink onto the card and then sponged black on the edges.

Enjoy!

Modification!

Hedgehog Thanks

I love taking images and modifying them for other occasions. This stamp is part of the very cute Hedgehog Halloween set by TAC.

I took off his jack o' lantern and then had him hold a flower. The flower is a paper posie. I kept the stem on and colored it green. I used my ScorPal to add some dimension to the thanks piece and stamped the "thanks" from Tag Tidbits and added a few more paper posies.

Another Black Cat?

Thank You

Yesterday I showed you a card with this exact same cat dressed up for Halloween. Today I am showing how you can use him on ordinary cards too.

Here I stamped the cat from the Spookalicious set in black and then added the sentiment (retired TAC). I sponged-edged the white cardstock with black ink. I then mounted him on black and then mounted that on the patterned paper. I then mounted the entire thing on black cardstock. I added a black grosgrain ribbon and Viola!

This is just one example of how fun it is to use images from sets that are designated one way in a whole new way!

Here Kitty Kitty!

Trick or Treat?

I love the cat in the new TAC stamp set called Spookalicious. I stamped him here is black and then gave him a witches hat from For All Seasons. I then stamped "Trick or Treat" from the Trick or Treaters set. I sponged-edged the edges of the white cardstock with black. I mounted that on my fun Halloween striped patterned paper and then matted all of that on black cardstock. I added a flower, a button, and black scrapper's floss. I then also added some fun little black gems.

This card purrs Halloween to me!

Spider ATC

Eeek!

I really do not like spiders! But oh how I love cute little spider stamps for Halloween! This spider is from the new set Spookalicious. I cut my black cardstock to 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and then I punched it with the new Martha Stewart Spider Web punch along the side. Then stamped the spider on the white cardstock and also added the "eeek" from a retired SOTM Halloween set from a few years back. I sponge-edged the white cardstock with black ink. For an added touch I added Crystal Lacquer to make his eyes "bug"-out a little.

Oh how I love inked spiders!!!

Crows!!!

Crowing! I love this little crow and the crow sayings in the new set Sunshiny Day. This ATC was created for a crow swap. I colored him with my copics and then sponge-edged the edges with black ink. I matted it on gray cardstock and then on black cardstock. I added the black bling to the bottom and viola!
